With the clocks turned back, it reminds me of the amazing sunsets Mrs. G and I would experience on our morning drives to Chatham. Yes. I have many time lapse videos of them. Here's one of them

I have always loved timelapse videos! How did you get the camera facing the sunrise the whole time? A gimble?

No no gimble. I just had it on a small tripod on the dashboard.

Actually it was a GoPro Hero 9 (RIP - I think I lost it) and it was set to the "time warp" mode. Time lapse is when the camera doesn;t move but the surroundings does (eg, clouds). The time warp feature is for when the camera moves and what it's capturing is [basically] stationary. A cool feature that I really liked. Leave a Reply. |
