[sound on] After a 2 year hiatus it feels good to get back to making these, what I call the Stompbox Footswitch. Inspired by the time a 15 year old me was watching Led Zeppelin's Song Remains the Same in awe and saw Jimmy Page strut across the stage cool-as-hell and dramatically stomp on his guitar pedal in undeniable rock star fashion (and also co-inspired by the bulbous yellow porcelain footswitch to my grandmother's china cabinet that I clicked on and off incessantly 10 years before that). The idea for this was in my head for literally decades - but I had no idea how to make it happen. Then at some point I decided to start down the path of building this, but finding the right materials was a big challenge. I figured it out and was able to make a few, some of which I sold on Etsy to very excited customers, but I had to shelve it since dealing with the cord and strain relief just was a huge pain. But now I figured that stuff out and I'm back up and running. I've sold a few on Etsy recently backed by the slogan of "Buy it for your inner rock, love it for the eternally satisfying CLICK." Let there be Rock! Etsy store
