It didn't take me very long after leaving CHS to realize that I needed to start a blog to keep in touch with my former students.  As much as I personally needed a change from the classroom, in this transition I've found it really difficult to leave behind so many students that I have such positive feelings for.  Frankly, I've been having to work on dealing with it on a personal level.  It's a thing for me...

Since I first got on the internet in 1994, I've always viewed it as a platform that, at it's core, is meant to help people have real connections with other people.  As the internet has evolved(devolved?), that ideas has grown to seem almost laughable, (but trust me, it most certainly is not) but I still feel that way.  So this is me attempting to do just that.
